Volunteer

Volunteer at Christopher Park
Help care for the gardens of Stonewall National Monument.
Christopher Park Alliance brings neighbors, volunteers, and supporters together to care for the gardens of Christopher Park. Working in partnership with the National Park Service, our volunteers help keep the park beautiful and welcoming throughout the year.
Get Your Hands in the Garden
You don’t need to be an experienced gardener to help. Volunteers join us throughout the year to plant annuals and bulbs, weed and tend the garden beds, clean up the park, and take on other seasonal projects.
Our largest volunteer days take place during the spring and fall planting seasons, with additional opportunities to lend a hand during the year.
Volunteer as a Group
Christopher Park also welcomes volunteer groups from businesses, community organizations, schools, and other groups. Group projects can be a rewarding way to work together while helping care for one of Greenwich Village’s most historic public spaces.
